Ellen Jayne here, and welcome to my site.
I started The Writing Tail | Dippys Drop-ins in April 2024. I tried for so long to work with animals as an employee in various businesses, but due to me having a chronic illness called Ulcerative Colitis, I was sadly pre-judged for that rather than my skills and achievements to be able to do what I love.
I achieved a HND in Animal Management obtaining a Distinction grade overall in June 2023. During my studies I have learnt behaviour, anthrozoology, breeding and genetics as well as nutrition, health and welfare.
Whilst studying my HND, I also worked at a local cattery for two years, learning even further regarding various feline breeds and pet behaviours. This has led me to continue my learning, and I have recently achieved a certificate in Feline Behaviour & Psychology as well as Pet First Aid.
I am also fully insured for pet drop-ins, sitting & dog walking.
